My Approach is Inspired by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute’s “Head and Heart” Philosophy

Instead of giving prepackaged answers, I partner with clients to find solutions that work for their context and leadership strengths. Through a research-based process of inquiry and dialogue (see graphic), clients move beyond just adding skills to developing a deeper awareness of who they are as leaders.

This process yields not only practical solutions to immediate challenges but also personal transformation for long-term, continuous growth.
