We’ll work as partners to awaken your creativity and insights instead of giving you answers. Then you can take action with intention, awareness, and courage.
Although each coaching relationship is unique, I use an evidence-based leadership development framework (see graphic).
The goal of this process is transformation.
My clients fundamentally shift how they see themselves as leaders–moving beyond just adding skills to developing a deeper, more authentic leadership identity. Through coaching, clients make growth a core part of who they are as leaders, resulting in enduring impact in their personal and professional lives.
